Track day safety attire guidelines

For your safety on the track, all participants are required to wear a helmet and closed-toe shoes (no sandals or slippers). Long pants and gloves are strongly recommended for added protection but not required. Please refer to: https://www.sepangcircuit.com/explore/safety-measures

Are tow hook / tow straps mandatory ?

Yes! Tow hooks or tow straps are mandatory when on track to facilitate safe and efficient recovery in the event of a vehicle breakdown or incident.

Question 3

I can't make it for the track day, can I transfer the ticket to someone else ?

Accepted Answer

I can't make it for the track day, can I get a refund ?

Accepted Answer

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you find yourself unable to attend the track day, please note that ticket refunds aren't automatically granted but will be considered on a case-by-case basis. As an alternative, we'd be happy to offer a transfer of credits for our next track.

Help! I can't find my tickets!

Accepted Answer

Will there be any food and drinks ?

Show your issued wristbands to enjoy complimentary food and drinks. This offer extends to those who paid for additional drivers as well. Available to all participants while stocks last.

Trophy / Awards eligibility and acknowledgement

Accepted Answer

The cutoff time for trophy/award qualification is 1 hour before the event ends. A special thanks to our sponsors for their contributions. This timing helps us manage logistics effectively. Thank you for your understanding.
