Running feels amazing — until tight hips, sore hamstrings, and that nagging IT band start slowing you down.
That’s where RunFlow Yoga comes in.
Our weekly classes are designed for runners, by runners — blending yoga, mobility, and breathwork to help you:
- Recover faster and reduce injury risk
- Build stability and strength in your core, hips, and glutes
- Improve stride efficiency and balance
- Stay present and connected with your body through mindful movement
This isn’t about touching your toes — it’s about running stronger, moving smoother, and feeling more grounded every mile.
You’ll join a supportive community of women runners who understand the highs (and lows) of training — and who show up to move, breathe, and grow together.
Leave each class feeling looser, lighter, and ready to run free.
