Join us for a fun-filled event hosted by Toned Yoga & The Reform Method. Lace up your sneakers for a scenic run, followed by a relaxing stretch session to benefit your mental well-being. Let's come together to sweat, stretch, and support each other's mental health journey. We'll kick things off with a run, followed by a restorative stertch led by Leslie from Toned Yoga & Meg from The Reform Method. We will begin and end at The Reform Method. See you there!
