Run Fit Crew Intermediate Group Run

Run Fit Crew invites the Bowie community and those in surrounding areas to join us for a group run at Foxhill Park located at 5001 Collington Rd.

**This group is not recommended for beginners!**

We will run using the run/walk method, for example, run 1-2 minutes, walk 1 minute, repeat.

The run will be led by RRCA certified run coach, Army Veteran and Bowie resident, Coach Patricia.

All attendees will be required to sign a liability waiver to participate. This run may be cancelled due to inclement weather and rescheduled for a later date.

We will have Run Fit Crew t-shirts available for $20 while supplies last.
