Run Fit Crew invites the Bowie community and those in surrounding areas to put on your costume and join us for a Halloween/Glow run. We will meet at the Bowie Park & Ride lot located at 4390 Northview Drive (Off Collington Rd. and Northview Dr. just past the Jerry's Seafood restaurant).
Halloween not your thing? Dress in dark colors and accessorize with glow sticks. You can purchase them from Amazon and local retailers like Walmart.
We do not run the entire time. We will use a run/walk interval method, e.g. jog 1 minute, walk 1 minute for approximately 2 miles. Please make sure your costume allows you to safely run.
The run will be led by RRCA certified run coach, Army Veteran and Bowie resident, Coach Patricia.
For safety reasons, please do not bring small children unless they are in a stroller.

All attendees will be required to sign a liability waiver to participate. This run may be cancelled due to inclement weather and rescheduled for a later date.
