FIRST COURSE
Jerk Chicken & Peach Skewer
Marinated jerk chicken breast with grilled peaches, red onions, fresh herbs & avocado aioli
Rum Pairing: Shakara 12yr Old Rum – Thailand
Bangkok Bloom - Shakara 12yr Old Rum, lime juice, passionfruit puree, ginger honey syrup, Peychaud bitters
SECOND COURSE
Coconut Curry Shrimp
Gulf shrimp simmered in a yellow curry coconut sauce with peppers, onions, lemongrass, kaffir lime, cilantro, crispy shallots & wild rice
