Event Description:
Join Sunday Grounding as we visit our favorite local flower farm, Wards Farm! Featured in Black Girls Gardening, Wards Farm invites us to a PRIVATE EVENT to hike the farm, collectively meditate + set intentions, and build a flower bouquet to take home!
This is a Sunday Grounding event, where we prioritize women and people of color embracing the outdoors as a modality to growth and healing. All are welcome to join this grounding, sensory experience guaranteed to elevate vibrations and invigorate the soul.

9:00-9:10 - Arrive, park, and grounding
9:10-9:45 - Meditative Hike of farm property (~1 mile)
9:45-9:55 - Collective Meditation + Intention setting
9:55-10:55 - Flower Bouquet building - enjoy frollicking the farm and building the flower bouquet of your dreams :)
