RSR Rangers & Volunteer Winter Series Event: Safe Travels
Overview
Join us at Ruff Start Rescue for a Rangers & Volunteer Event on December 11th, 2025! Ruff Start Rangers, a program within the Education Department, aims to educate youth through service and activities in hopes the future of animal welfare sees fewer homeless pets and more responsible pet owners. All themes in this series come from this program.
At this event, we'll learn all about keeping our pet companions safe when we go for walks or take them in vehicles. We want them to feel comfortable, relaxed and able to do all the things they love along the way. We will talk about tools you can use, and that the rescue uses, to keep our animals safe!
The event will start at 5:30 pm and is estimated to last ~90 minutes; we will do a brief presentation about the topic then do a fun themed activity together! When signing up, please include parents and kids in the total admission number so we have an idea of how many will be in attendance.
