Is there a special rate for rooms at the Hotel Monteleone?

There is! Once you register, we'll send you a hotel link within 48 hours. Our special rates for this year range between $145 to $195 for the week of July 27 through August 1 and between $175 to $225 for the weekends before or after. * Taxes and fees not included.

Question 2

Can I register more than one person from my company at once?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you should be able to purchase up to ten "tickets" at one time, but be sure you know your co-workers well: you'll need to fill out registration for all of them at the time.

What if I register and I need to change the names of the people who are coming?

Question 4

Will there be a Pool Party?

There will! We'll be taking over the rooftop pool at the Hotel Monteleone one evening during Summer Camp from 5 to 7pm. Stay tuned! Be sure to bring your loungewear and bathing suit if full pool immersion is your thing!

Are there ways for me to sponsor events and get the word out about my cool thing/project?

Question 6

How do I ship things in to the hotel for the Trade Show or Label Fair?

Accepted Answer

The hotel will be delivering your tools directly to your assigned space on the day of your event. We’ll assign you a Label Number or Vendor Number and instructions on shipping things in to the hotel in a few weeks. NOTE: Nothing can arrive at the Hotel Monteleone before July 20.

What about signage and things I have printed for Summer Camp (pamphlets, flyers, etc)?

If I am a label, distribution or wholesaler, how as my registration changed this year?

We've listened to feedback, and now everyone will be registering as an individual Camper, and then as a company you'll be able to include "add-ons" like attendance at the Label Fair or Trade Show, Meeting Rooms, and Speed Dating.

What if I register and I'm not able to come to Summer Camp after all?

Well, we'll be sad about it but let us know as soon as you can and we'll work through your options with you.
