Overview
This is 1 of 10 classes required for first-year licensees in the state of Nevada to renew their license to learn the fundamentals.
This workshop goes through the entire Residential Purchase Agreement and how to write a competitive offer and can be used as POST Session 3 Module A credit.
REFUND POLICY: Refunds will be issued with a 24 hour notice of cancellation in writing before the first day of class. Within 24 hours a credit to GPS classes will be given. NO REFUNDS will be issued once class has begun.
