Royal Icing Crash Course

If royal icing has ever scared you - this class will change that! Join me on Friday, December 5th at Congruity Presbyterian Church Fellowship Hall for an evening of sweet fun!

You'll be able to watch a demo of the recipe and learn step-by-step how get the right consistency, fill your piping bag and decorate a set of Christmas-themed cookies. Techniques will be easy for all skill levels leaving you will gorgeous (and delicious) Christmas cookies to share - and the confidence to keep decorating at home.

Cost is $25/person and will include all cookies and materials needed. Please feel free to bring your own snacks and non-alcoholic beverages as refreshments will not be provided.
