Overview

This virtual support group with Alice Goldstein is a safe place to connect with others who understand what you're going through.

Certified Life Coach Alice Goldstein, MA, facilitates this weekly group on Wednesdays to support those impacted by the Route 91 tragedy in Las Vegas on October 1, 2017. This is a safe space to heal and be supported by others who understand what you're going through.

Every meeting includes a short teaching followed by an optional time for participants to share what's on their hearts and minds. Participants are welcome to listen only. Covered topics include:

  • What to do when activated
  • Coping methods
  • Stress with family members who don't understand
  • Minimizing anxiety
  • Negative self-talk
  • And other relevant issues to support your next phase of healing

Please feel free to pass along group registration information only to those impacted by Route 91. This is an open group in that people can join any time and attend one or all meetings.
