Paul LaRosa’s family emigrated to the United States from Sicily in 1955, first settling in East Boston before they moved to Saugus, where LaRosa grew up. "To reel in dreams takes work", LaRosa says. Prior to opening LarRosa's restaurant, Paul LaRosa worked in every position, in numerous restaurants. From each stop he has taken something, learning the business not from culinary programs or colleges, but from hands-on experiences.
This month’s Featured Cause/Charity: Worldwide initiative to eradicate Polio.
October 29th is World Polio Day, and Rotary is working worldwide to eradicate this disease. We may be within 5 years of accomplishing this goal!.
