"Roots & Roofs" is a free, 2-hour workshop for African American and BIPOC children ages 9-12, featuring hands-on STEAM activities, creative writing, games that teach credit and financial literacy, and circle discussions on the meaning of home. Parents are invited to stay for a parallel discussion and writing workshop on inheritance and legacy.
