About this event
Are you a black artist whose work explores identity, ancestry, culture, rhythm, or community? We’re calling painters, sculptors, mixed media artists, poets, musicians, dancers, and storytellers to submit your work that speaks to the power of heritage and tradition.
Art submission should reflect themes of:
- Cultural memory
- Rhythm and ritual
- Ancestral connection
- Tradition, resilience, and celebration
🛍️ Vendors
We welcome Black-owned businesses offering:
- Handmade goods (jewelry, skincare, textiles, art, books, etc.)
- Cultural and wellness products
- Food and beverage (with proper licenses)
- Farm-grown or natural products
- Community and nonprofit outreach

There is no official time set yet, but artists and vendors are welcome to come set up early. This includes rehearsals. The venue will be available at 9 A.M.
Once we have secured all artists and vendors, we will release the tickets for the public. However, artists and vendors can promote the show on advance.
We would like for every artist to stay within theme.
We want to ensure we plan the space layout.
Artists and vendors are being asked to email a photo sample of their art and or products. Include descriptions.
Yes, $15 for artists and $40 for vendors.
No, all sales are final! You can transfer your ticket though. *Please keep in mind that our ticket prices stand on the lower price range compared to other art shows.
No. If you are selling a product, be sure that the items will not spill on the venue surfaces.
Yes, you have the option to pay $5 for food. Include any dietary restrictions when you make this selection. We will only order food for those who RSVP and pay.
As long as your child(ren) have supervision and are well behaved. You will be responsible for any damages that your child(ren) create.
