Rooted Together- Designed to empower participants with tools for healing, allyship accountability, mental wellness and more. Centered in community care, each event uplifts accessible and culturally grounded alternatives to traditional mental health systems. You can expect to hear diffrentmini panel discussions, participate in wellness workshops as well as take advantage of special offers from local wellness providers! We will have drinks and snacks to get us through the day while we build a stronger community, together!
