Where will this retreat be held?

We will gather on private property in the Wasatch Mountains near Coalville. The address and directions will be provided to participants upon registration.

Question 2

Will we be inside or outside?

Both! This retreat takes place almost entirely outdoors, in close connection with the land and herd. We will spend time in a cozy indoor space for introductions, breaks and integration.

Question 3

What will we do with the horses?

Accepted Answer

Gentle movement, reflective time in nature, and guided interaction with horses will support nervous system regulation and deeper self-awareness. No horse experience is required — all activities are on the ground and focused on relational presence rather than riding.

Question 4

I'm new to partswork. Can I still attend?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Partswork experience is not necessary and to support integration beyond the retreat, you will be invited to continue in a small group “Partswork Integration Circle” — a 4-week follow-up series designed to deepen your connection to parts and Soul, and strengthen ongoing resilience in daily life.

What do I need to bring?

Please bring weather-appropriate clothing, lunch, water, and a journal. Light snacks and warm drinks will be provided.
