Rooted Beginnings - A Women’s New Year Retreat

Rooted Beginnings - A Women’s New Year Retreat

By WE Coast Studio

Overview

Begin 2026 with presence, spaciousness, and intention at our women’s yoga, meditation + sound healing retreat held at a private sanctuary.

This nourishing gathering lead by Kim Lange and Evan Watson offers a gentle pause after the fullness of the holidays—a space to reconnect with yourself, release what no longer needs to be carried, and step into the year feeling supported and centered. Kim and Evan will guide you through a thoughtfully curated blend of practices to meet your body, mind, and heart right where they are.

You’ll be held in a grounding container that includes:

  • Embodied movement and gentle yoga that reconnect you with your body’s wisdom and help you open, unwind, and root
  • A resonant sound healing journey, using vibration and frequency to soothe your nervous system and restore balance
  • Mindfulness meditation to steady your attention, deepen presence, and invite inner spaciousness
  • Time for reflection and intention-setting, honoring your own beginnings and clarifying what you wish to cultivate in the year ahead

We will have (3) spaces available for 20 minute Peak Performance Stretch Therapy sessions with Evan Watson. Each private session can be reserved for an additional $35.

This retreat is designed for all levels and all bodies. Please bring a yoga mat and anything that supports your comfort—such as a blanket, cushion, or journal.

Step into 2026 with softness, clarity, and a renewed sense of your own inner rhythm.

This is a retreat for individuals identifying as women.

FACILITATORS:

Kim Lange

Kim is a Producer, Curator, and Mindfulness Meditation Teacher from Hawai’i and California based in Charleston, South Carolina. Her work at WE Coast Studio moves at the intersection of sacred inquiry and creative expression—gathering people into spaces where art becomes ritual, wellness becomes communion, and connection becomes a form of collective healing.

Her parents, both Vipassana teachers, opened their Honolulu home each week to sangha for dharma talks and insight meditation—a practice of presence that planted deep roots in her. Today, she shares this lineage with humility and heart as a graduate of Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach’s Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program, supported by the Awareness Training Institute, the Greater Good Science Center at UC Berkeley, and the International Mindfulness Teachers Association.

Evan Watson

Evan is the heart behind Flow Into Yoga and a lifelong lover of movement, nature, and holistic healing. She became a certified yoga teacher in 2016 and has been guiding students ever since through grounding, intuitive, and heart-centered practices. Evan is currently completing her 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training, deepening her studies in meditation, pranayama, and mindful movement, with completion in January.

In 2023, she received her Mandala Massage Thai Foundations Certification (30 hours), weaving assisted stretching and therapeutic bodywork into her offerings. Her approach blends gentle strength, intentional rest, and deep listening—to the body, the breath, and the present moment.
