Start your day off with a slow morning flow to build your connection to your breath and body.

Root to Rise is a grounding and rejuvenating flow designed to help you reconnect with your breath, body, and inner stillness. Julia guides you through mindful movement at a slower pace, allowing time to explore posture variations, transitions, and modifications that meet you where you are.

Drawing from her experience teaching in mental health and rehabilitation settings, Julia creates an approachable and supportive space where every student feels welcome. Inspired by her additional trainings with LoveYourBrain and YogaRenew, she offers cues and options to make the practice accessible for all levels.

This class is perfect if you’re looking to release stress, deepen your awareness, and build a strong yet gentle foundation for your practice—helping you feel rooted in your body and ready to rise with clarity and ease.

About Your Instructor:

My name is Julia and I started practicing yoga 7 years ago. My personal practice deepened during the pandemic which led me to complete my 200 Hour Vinyasa Teacher Training through YogaSix. Since 2023 I have been teaching slow flow and chair yoga classes for adults within inpatient mental health and rehabilitation programs. I have completed additional trainings with LoveYourBrain and YogaRenew to make my classes more accessible and approachable. One of my greatest joys is helping others find inner stillness and reconnect with their bodies through yoga.
