This workshop is a heart-opening journey combining the therapeutic benefits of restorative
yoga and vibrational sound healing. Through supported poses, guided meditation, and
sound frequencies from crystal bowls and koshi chimes, participants are invited to release
tension, reconnect with their breath, and restore balance.
Workshop Structure
30 mins- Welcome, Introduction to Restorative Therapy, Science of Restorative Therapy,
Benefits of Restorative Therapy.
Introduction to Sound Frequency and its impact on Health.
75 mins restorative sound bath with guided meditation
15 mins – Journaling, Q&A & Giveaways
