As the days grow darker and the energy of the season asks us to slow down, our minds and bodies often resist.
We crave stimulation, movement, and distraction anything to avoid stillness. But the beauty of this time lies in learning to be with ourselves, grounded and at ease in the quiet.
Join me for an hour of restorative grounding practices to help you reconnect with your body, settle your mind, and reset your nervous system.
This peaceful evening includes:
- Gentle breathwork to release tension
 - A slow mindful movement flow (no yoga experience needed)
 - Journaling prompts to anchor your reflections
 - A guided meditation to close the evening
 
You’ll leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more connected ready to embrace the season with intention rather than resistance.
