As Summer gives way to Fall, we welcome an afternoon of sensing the gentle slowing down of energy moving inward. A time of integration and reflection, to prepare our minds and bodies for the changing seasons.
Nervous system balancing through somatic practices and sound healing will help us integrate the heightened activities of Summer into embodied insights we can carry forward into the slower seasons.
Each practitioner brings her unique experience to impart holistic wisdoms that support you in relaxation, release, and replenishing from burn-out and over extension.
Alexandria will be sharing her practice of Somatic Awareness Yoga to guide you into a gentle yet potent relationship with your body through slow grounding movements. She’s also a sacred space holder and safety support staff, offering a calm presence wherever she’s needed.
Sonia’s work with Soulflow Dance will focus on root chakra activation and body-mind positivity through the practices of somatic intuitive movement and self-love health coaching. She will also provide healing sound frequencies through the vibration of crystal singing bowls.
Stormy provides a unique modality, YoMassage, combining restorative yoga and somatic touch cranial massage. She’ll also be offering a guided visualization meditation to further promote relaxation and integrative rest.
