Join GrowNYC for a training on the Root Camp Curriculum by Ample Table for Everyone. This free 10-lesson curriculum is specifically designed for NYC middle school students, although it could be adapted for other groups! Attendees will get a first-hand experience of the food education curriculum, as well as a training in how to teach the curriculum to their students. This event is great for teachers and educators involved in NYC DOE middle schools who are looking to bring food education and basic cooking demos to their classrooms.
