Maybe the holidays feel a little different this year, because life looks a little different now. For whatever reason — distance, loss, change, or transitions — this season can feel like a spotlight on what’s missing instead of what’s merry.

✨ That’s why we’ve created Room to Breathe:
A weekly group workshop series over the course of 10 weeks designed to help you release the heaviness of the season and rediscover moments of peace, connection, and ease.
This gentle, supportive program blends Reflective Coaching and Gentle Yoga — offering space to nurture both your heart and your body through the holidays.
To keep our circle intimate and safe, we’re limiting this series to ten participants.

Guided reflections and conversations that invite connection and make space for grief in all its forms.
