About this event

A class for beginners and advanced practitioners, this vinyasa class is an hour long practice that flows breath to movement and challenges, strength, balance and improves posture. Bring your own mat, mats available to rent.

Is there parking

Street Parking is available. It's recommended that you plan to get to class 5 minutes early so that we can start on time.

What if I don't have a mat?

Mats are available for rent, and there is a Target conveniently located across the street if you'd prefer to purchase your own.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds will not be issued. If you're unable to make it to class you can use your ticket for a class in the future.

Is the class beginner friendly?

Yes! It's perfect for beginners to learn the foundations and continue to build their practice.

Where can I find the exact location?

A confirmation email will be sent in 48hrs prior to class, with information about the exact location and how to enter the building.

What do I need for class

Only yourself and a mat. If you'd like to bring a towel and a water bottle it is encouraged.
