What attire is required?

Participants should wear a rash guard or athletic-fitting shirt (top) and grappling shorts or spats (bottoms).Athletic shorts or spats for bottoms should be comfortable and not have buttons, zippers, or pockets. Flip flops are ideal to bring.

Attendees ages 9–18 will learn the fundamentals of jiu-jitsu in a fun, supportive, and safe environment —no experience needed!
