What Is Myofascial Release (MFR)?:
MFR is a therapeutic massage technique that targets restricted fascia—the web-like connective tissue beneath your skin, which surrounds and integrates muscles, tendons, bones, and organs.
By addressing these restrictions, MFR helps to:
•Relieve aches and pains
•Give space and oxygen to your muscles, organs, and cells
•Improve movement, range of motion, posture and breath
•Reduces headaches/migraines
•Relieves tension, stress and anxiety
•Down-regulate the nervous system
•Cultivate a sense of ease and flow in daily well-being
Through Jessica's playful and insightful guidance, you’ll use the Roll Model® Method Balls (RMM) to:
•Roll out tension and alleviate pain
•Tools to prevent injury and promote recovery
•Practical technique for effective self-massage
•Improve your breathing mechanics
•Break apart dysfunctional movement patterns
•Gain wisdom and a deeper connection with your body’s unique needs and natural wisdom
