We're a D&D "live play" show - Dungeons & Dragons played live with drag queens! If you've never played D&D before, think of it as a mix of live fantasy storytelling, improv comedy, and dice rolls (for extra chaos). Follow us on Insta or YouTube (@rollforshade) to see more.

Do I need to have seen prior shows to understand the story?

Not at all! The story is ongoing, but we'll recap everything you need to know each time. You can also watch past shows on our YouTube page @rollforshade.

Do I need to know how to play D&D to enjoy the show?

Accepted Answer

Nope - we'll teach you the basics at the start of the show. Many of audience members have never played before and had a great time!

Why are tix more expensive online?

Accepted Answer

Eventbrite charges us fees. If you prefer, you can pay directly at the door as well ($10). Advance tix help us plan - if you buy one, we'll have a surprise for you at the show! 100% of the base ticket price, as well as all in-person tips, go to the performers.
