Description
Our yearly local workshop is back!
If you are wanting to improve your lindy, or learn for the first time, we will have classes for everyone! This will be an all day workshop taught by local instructors to get you up and dancing.
Beginner-Intermediate Track Schedule:
9:30-10:20am Making circles around lindy basics with Sherie and Noah
10:30-11:20am Is it a circle that lets go, or a swingout that holds on? With Justin and Alesandra
11:30-12:30pm Swingouts turning into turns with Thomas and Kari
12:30-2pm LUNCH!
2-2:15pm Stretches with Robin – all levels
2:20-3:10pm Aerials – all levels with Jerry and Robin
3:20-4:10pm T’aint what you do, obviously – all levels with Noah and Ashton
4:20-5:10pm How to achieve awesomeness – all levels with Thomas and Kari
5:15-6pm Open Q&A and practice with teachers
Intermediate-Advanced Track Schedule:
9:30-10:20am Finds some moves to get moving with Justin and Ashton
10:30-11:20am Maxed out 6-count with Jerry and Robin
11:30-12:30pm Adding sparkle to your dancing with Alesandra and Sherie
12:30-2pm LUNCH!

FAQs
Do I need a partner?
No partner is necessary for any of the classes. We will rotate throughout each class.
Do I need any experience for these classes?
If you want to join our Intermediate/Advanced track, it would be best to have completed lindy 2 or be familiar enough with the moves from that class (swing out, lindy circle, texas tommy, tuck turns- all within the 8 count footwork)
No experience is needed for our Beginner/Intermediate track!
Do I need special shoes or clothing?
You do not need special shoes. We wouldn't recommend heels since it's several hours of classes, but soft soled shoes are best. Sticky running shoes (or rubber tread shoes) can affect your movement. Keds, Addidas, or shoes with flat tread are most common.
Dress comfortably! Bring an extra tshirt or small towel if you wish.
What's the refund policy?
You may submit for a refund through eventbrite.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
You do not need to bring your printed ticket to the event, however it may speed up your check in proccess if you do.
Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?
Yes, please contact an organizer through eventbrite or our facebook event to transfer your ticket.
