Event Description:
LeadHER Academy™ is a one-week summer experience that equips young women in grades 5–9 with the confidence, communication tools, and a leadership mindset to thrive.
Through fun workshops, creative projects, team challenges, and empowering speakers, your daughter will explore what it means to lead herself, collaborate with others, and make a difference in her community!

Frequently asked questions
Research shows that girls’ confidence drops by 30% between ages 8–14. They are less likely to speak up, take risks, or see themselves as leaders. LeadHER Academy™ is strategically timed to intercept this decline—offering tools, role models, and language that affirm their voices and value.
The themes for LeadHER Academy™ are the same each week; however, the activities and special guests varies. Sign up for one week or all three, each week includes customizable elements depending on who is in the room and their interests! Reach out for multi-week discounts.
Lunch is included on the last day of the Academy; however, heavy snacks and beverages are offered daily. Families can choose to send their child with a packed lunch in a cooler or lunch box. A microwave is available. Food from home should not contain any nut products; please check the label.

Behaviors that disrupt another's ability to learn and enjoy their experience, or the ability to teach effectively, will result in a member of the leadership team addressing the situation. Acts of violence or aggression will result in immediate removal and no refund issued.
