Join us for a Bridge to Belonging community event! These gatherings give adults with disabilities a chance to connect, explore, and share new experiences. Each event is unique, but they're all about friendship, inclusion, and fun.
Roar and Explore is a fun and friendly opportunity to visit the Folsom Zoo together. We’ll meet at the park near the entrance and start the day with a group welcome and introductions. Attendees will receive a printed scavenger hunt to enjoy while exploring the zoo. After we walk through and visit all the animals together, we’ll return to the park for an optional bring-your-own-lunch picnic for anyone who would like to stay and hang out.
Admission to the zoo is $7 per person, to be paid at the door. Please come prepared to cover the entry fee.
Please arrive by 8:50 AM. A designated leader, wearing a Bridge to Belonging t-shirt, will be attending the event to assist with any questions or guidance throughout the day. Be sure to RSVP so we can keep an eye out for you!
