Congressman David Rouzer serves on the House Agriculture Committee, the House Space, Science, and Technology Committee, and the House Transportation and Infrastructure Committee, where he currently serves as Chairman of the Subcommittee on Highways and Transit and serves as a member of the Subcommittee on Railroads, Pipelines, and Hazardous Materials. David is also Vice Chair of the Subcommittee on General Farm Commodities, Risk Management, and Credit, and serves as a member of the Subcommittee on Commodity Markets, Digital Assets, and Rural Development, as well as the Subcommittee on Forestry. He has served as a ranking member or chairman of a subcommittee on both since his first day in office, which has enabled him to better address the unique needs of his district and state. He is a member of a number of caucuses in Congress including a founding member of the Primary Care Caucus and the Supply Chain Caucus, as well as co-chairing the United Kingdom Caucus.
