Riverview Hibernation Hike

Learn about how animals survive the cold winters and about the different types of hibernation on this hour and a half hike with Pittsburgh Park Rangers!

Dress warm and be prepared to be out in the cold as we hike through Riverview Park. We will be stopping about half of the allotted time to discuss and learn about different animals and their cold weather adaptations.

We will be hiking at a moderate to slow pace, but be prepared for elevation changes and steep trails. Please wear closed toed shoes.
