RIVER DANCE FLOW

Featuring choreography inspired by the Indian River Lagoon's dance heritage and natural beauty, performed by talented local dancers!

-Dinner included with each ticket.

-Two showings at 5:30pm and 7:30pm, with dinner served at 6:00 and 8:00, respectively.

-Order from the pre-fixed menu when purchasing your ticket.

MENU:

SUNSET ALE ROASTED CHICKEN - Intracoastal beer brined & roasted, bayou seasoned ½ chicken over Key West confetti rice, topped with a chicken demi-glace. Served with sautéed green beans.

GRILLED STUFFED SKIRT STEAK - Skirt steak stuffed with fontina cheese, prosciutto and basil. Topped with red wine demi-glace. Served with garlic parmesan mashed potatoes & grilled asparagus.

PROSCIUTTO WRAPPED SALMON - Pan-seared, topped with pineapple salsa. Served with Key West confetti rice and sautéed spinach.

VEGGIE BLACK TRUFFLE GNOCCHI - Baby spinach, mushrooms, roasted red peppers, blistered tomatoes in a creamy parmesan sauce. Topped with seasoned bread crumbs, parmesan cheese and fresh basil.
