Risk Aware Management, it 's the future of how businesses will be run. The few companies that have adopted risk management methodologies report fewer failed ventures and less damage from adverse events. Testimonials:“I just attended the Practical Risk Management course offered by Scott, and I am happy to share that it was a great course, and Scott provided lot of knowledge and background on why active risk management is critical and more importantly how I can practice it on day to day basis following a standard framework, analyzing the impact of risks on objectives/assumptions/constraints, as well as overall cost impact due to a risk. I would recommend the trainings conducted by Scott to my peers and managers."
“Scott was the instructor for a Risk Management class. He has a very in depth knowledge of the subject and does an excellent job of presenting this material. Scott has the business background to provide real world examples to support the training material. Scott is very personable and catered to the needs of the class participates. His class is organized and well run. I would recommend Scott and this class to anyone in a management position.”
“I’ve heard Scott speak both formally and informally and I’ve always found him engaging, well-informed, supportive, and inspiring. Now that I’ve spent 2 days in one of his specialized programs (Practical Risk Management), I can endorse him even more enthusiastically. He has the gift of covering his topic masterfully, astutely, and comprehensively, so that his lessons can be applied at all levels. Beginners learn basic principles and techniques that get them started. Power practitioners learn everything they need to know (and didn’t even know to ask) so they can practice at the most demanding and critical levels. Scott is truly passionate about sharing his knowledge and promoting excellence and is a treasure to anyone privileged to know and work with him. Get him to share with you from his wealth of anecdotes based on his experience and that of his associates. You’ll find his stories memorable and instructive.”“I had been to another Risk Management presentation before, but Scott's class was head and shoulders above the other. He made learning about risk easy, interesting and fun. His presentation was inventive. He made thinking about risk as intrinsic to project management. I recommend Scott and his company to anyone who is interested in training their staff, and having them employ the concepts long after the class is over.”
“Scott led a training class on Risk Management that was excellent not only in content but in presentation. He was well versed in the material and training techniques. He was very professional and I would recommend his services.”
“I attended the 2 day Practical Risk Management workshop offered by Group Atlantic, Inc. led by Scott Stribrny in November of 2007. Scott is a dynamic individual and is certainly well versed in the subject of risk management. His workshop provided a well-balanced mix of lecture and workshop to insure the topics were understood. In my view risk management is a subject that will require more than a 2-day seminar to master but Scott makes the best use of that time to help the audience understand the ebbs and flows of this subject. I would, without hesitation, recommend Group Atlantic and Scott Stribrny as a consultant source for risk management.”
