Rise & Restore Event

Join us for Move to Mend-a trauma informed mat pilates experience designed to promote breath & body awareness, healing and community connection.

In honor of Domestic Violence Awareness Month, we invite you to wear purple and move in solidarity with survivors of domestic violence.

This donation based class (suggested $25) will include a 45 minute trauma informed mat pilates class focused on mindful movement, empowerment and restoring saftey in the body through rhythm and breath.

All proceeds for this event will be donated directly to Haven's Womens Center of Stanislaus County.

After class, enjoy an acai bowl from Vitality Bowl Turlock.
