Rise & Conquer: Mastermind & Book Club

We’re excited to launch our Rise and Conquer Book Club, kicking off with Fanatical Prospecting by Jeb Blount. This is more than just a book club—it’s a mastermind for growth-minded professionals who want to sharpen their skills, expand their network, and level up their business

📅 When: Biweekly meetings: From 2:30PM- 4:00PM

· October 8th (Chapters 1-8)

· October 22nd (Chapters 9-13)

· November 5th (Chapters 14-17)

· November 19th (Chapters 18-23)

📖 Reading Pace: ~70 pages per session (about 5 pages a day—totally achievable!)

👥 Who: Up to 25 driven professionals - real estate agents, loan officers, and other VIPs

Each meeting will be a serious, collaborative discussion diving deep into the strategies and insights from the book. Come ready to share your takeaways, exchange ideas, and mastermind withlike-minded professionals who are serious about growth and networking.

Mastermind Book Club Guidelines

  • Attendance: Members are required to attend all four bi-weekly meetings.One meeting may be attended via Zoom if necessary.
  • Commitment: Any absence without prior notice and a valid reason will result in removal from the group. This group is intended for serious individuals who are willing to fully commit.
  • Preparation: Each member is expected to have thoroughly read andunderstood the designated chapters before each meeting.
  • Participation: Come prepared with at least three questionsor insights related to the assigned reading.
  • Respect: Be attentive, listen to others, and avoid interruptingor dominating the conversation.
  • Punctuality: Tardiness will not be accepted. A fine of$100 donated to a charity chosen by the group will apply for even one minute late.
