Ridgway Space to Create In-Person Information Session

Ridgway Space to Create is one in a series of real estate development projects for Space to Create Colorado, a state-led initiative to create affordable workforce housing and workspace in rural Colorado communities.

The new building will offer 30 one- and two-bedroom units of low-income workforce housing and 2,000 square feet of community space in the Town of Ridgway's downtown core and certified Creative District.
