On Thursday, October 2, 2025, Richmond Columbian Properties will host its Preservation Dinner Party at the William G. Scott House, 204 North 10th Street in Richmond. Cocktails will start at 6:00 P.M., with dinner at 6:30 P.M. We will present the Gertrude Ward Preservation Hero Award that evening. This year, we are recognizing Historic Centerville for its decades-long service to the community.

Reservations are a must because seating is limited. The cost is $50.00 a person. You may make your reservation on Eventbrite.com or mail a check to RCP, P.O. Box 294, Richmond, Indiana 47375. Last year’s dinner was a blast. This year will be an opportunity for Centerville to shine.
