About Unchained.Art
Unchained.Art is a contemporary gallery devoted to “connection, appreciation, and love for the arts,” presenting a curated mix of international and Austin-based artists across multiple media. After debuting its Austin presence on East Cesar Chavez, the gallery continues to expand its footprint in the city’s cultural core. Recent programs have included group shows, pop-ups, and collaborations that spark dialogue and community.
About the Founder - Christina Hiltscher
Founder & Director Christina Hiltscher relocated to Austin in 2022 and opened Unchained.Art’s contemporary space in 2023. Her curatorial approach emphasizes meaningful conversations between artists and audiences; her exhibitions have been featured by local media and arts outlets. Christina recently announced the gallery’s next chapter with a new permanent home in Austin’s historic district.
