Join us for an unforgettable night that blends entertainment with impact. Rhythms of Reduction is a powerful fundraising variety show and dance party for St. Ann's Corner of Harm Reduction (SACHR) taking place on September 13, 2025 @7PM at Brooklyn's very own Incredipole.
This one-of-a-kind night will feature live performances that celebrate resilience, harm reduction, and community. All proceeds go directly toward SACHR's programs in the South Bronx that provide compassionate frontline public health support to individuals affected by the stigma surrounding substance use, overdose, housing status, and for individuals living with HIV/AIDS.
Along with some incredible dance performances, enjoy DJ Mista Oh's groovy, loungy, progressive trance, soulful house and dub broadcasting from NYC to the surrounding universe.
Come drink, dance, mingle, and support a good cause!

Our story:
Our grassroots work began with a needle exchange program to prevent the spread of HIV and AIDS among intravenous drug users in the South Bronx at the height of the HIV/AIDS Epidemic. In 1990 SACHR gentrified a drug dealer’s park with HIV education, syringes, condoms, and weekly doses of empathy. Working out of the trunk of a Mitsubishi we moved supplies to St. Ann’s Church in an 8x8 room before eventually ending up at our current building located at 886 Westchester Avenue.
Today we are a dynamic and innovative harm reduction program offering life saving services both out of our central office and on outreach throughout the Bronx out of our mobile unit fleet. SACHR is the oldest continuously running syringe exchange program in the United States.
