This event is open to all! No yoga or musical experience needed. Come to connect. Stay to be moved. Let your story move you. Let your rhythm guide you.

Join us for a unique session that blends yoga, live drumming, and guided self-inquiry to awaken the body, mind, and spirit. Led by Jackie Fedor from Rhythmic Roots Yoga in collaboration with World Percussionist Asher Delerme and Authentic Leadership & Life Coach, Caroline Kowalczyk, this experience invites participants to move with intention, reflect inward, and reconnect to their inner strength. It’s a celebration of movement, music, and personal clarity, all part of the June 21 DelMundo Music & Art Fest!

WHAT TO EXPECT:

  • Grounding Yoga Flow - Set the tone with breath and movement to connect with your body and the moment.
  • Rhythm & Connection: Interactive Drumming - Experience collective rhythm through call-and-response drumming and movement.
  • Flow & Voice: Guided Group Activity - Explore your inner story with journaling and creative self-reflection exercises.

  • Any props you need (blocks, strap, bolster, blanket)

Caroline is a Leadership and Executive Coach who supports emerging leaders, founders, executives and neurodivergent leaders who want to lead with authenticity, self-awareness, and confidence through 1:1 sessions, group coaching and creative workshops. Her work blends strategy and heart, helping clients align their inner truth with their outer leadership. She splits her time between Argentina and the U.S., bringing a global, neurodivergent lens to everything she does.

Asher Delerme is a world music performance artist and percussionist who leads interactive drumming circles that celebrate rhythm, culture, and community. Through La Tribu de Asher, he blends African and Caribbean traditions to create immersive experiences that inspire creative expression, connection, and collective joy.

What if I don't own a hand drum?

No drum? No problem! Asher will be bringing extra hand drums and other musical instruments for participants to use. If you have your own drum, please bring it!

Is there a required yoga waiver?

Yes. You must fill out the one-time required waiver before taking the class at rhythmicrootsyoga.com scroll to the bottom to sign the waiver.

What is Del Mundo?

Can I bring my child to the class?

Yes! This class is open to all ages. Children under 18 are welcome to participate as long as they are accompanied by a parent or guardian. Just keep in mind that we can’t provide childcare, parents are responsible for their little ones :)

Is this a beginner class?

This is an all-level class. Jackie will offer several different options for all skills, whether you are a beginner or an advanced practitioner, this class is for you.
