The journey moves through four stages:

  1. Shaking – to awaken and energize the body.
  2. Jumping & Hu – to ignite inner fire and break through mental walls.
  3. Stillness (Death) – to drop deeply into presence and awareness.
  4. Celebration (Rebirth) – to embody joy, gratitude, and connection to life.

This is not a regular, still or seated meditation. It’s raw, real, and deeply liberating. Ideal for anyone seeking emotional release, clarity, and an embodied spiritual practice.
