Karhu x ASW | Rhythm of the Run – Test & Party Run

Join Rhythm of the Run, a unique running experience by Karhu and ASW! In three rounds of 2 to 3 km, you’ll test different Karhu running shoes – going from easy to intense, all at your own pace.

Before the start of the run, Maurten will give you a clinic on the use of sports nutrition.

Round 1: Super easy
Round 2: Steady cruise
Round 3: Push the pace

Between laps, Maurten provides you with the energy you need!
