Rhythm Based Banded Sculpt Workouts (50 min)

Come join E5 at DGBEK Studios every Sunday this July for a fun and energetic workout session! Get ready to sculpt your body while moving to the rhythm of the music. No experience required, just bring your positive energy and a water bottle! With a background in both performing and group fitness, we are bringing you the best of our tried and true workouts but also making sure that we laugh and dance along the way. Afterall, if we're not having fun... what are we doing?

Sunday July 6th we are having our debut class with give-aways and raffles. Get there early & tag us on social media to get an extra entry.

Class will start and end on time with a warm up and cool down included. Come celebrate yourself with us!

Frequently asked questions

Do we need a yoga mat?

No, The mat will be provided in your ticket price. You are always more than welcome to bring your own, though.

Do we need to bring bands?

Nope! We will have them laid out for you to choose from. various resistance will be provided from 5 lb. all the way up to 50 lb. bands

Should we bring water?

YES! Please bring your own water bottles. It’s getting hot out there!
