In this Holy Shift Lab, you’ll learn how to spot the limiting “scripts” running your life and how to rewrite them using the same tools comedians use to turn pain into punchlines.

Whether you’re stuck in a creative rut, relationship pattern, or just ready for a plot twist — this is your chance to edit your inner dialogue with humor, compassion, and courage.

This isn't a comedy class — it’s an interactive, 60-minute workshop where you’ll explore your own stories through the lens of humor, creativity, and connection. No performance required. Just bring your open mind.

This workshop is designed for women and non-binary people who want to lighten up and level up - no comedy experience required.
