Over 4 weeks, we’ll journey together in a sacred beach circle where you’ll reconnect with different stages of your inner child (ages 0–20+). You’ll offer those younger parts of yourself the love and acceptance they always needed, and gently release the beliefs and defenses that no longer serve you.

This is not just therapy — it’s a whole-person healing experience combining mind, body, and spirit.
