Anyone who’s carrying pain from loss, burnout, life transitions, or emotional wounds and wants to transform that pain into strength. You don’t need prior experience with coaching or energy work — just an open mind and a willingness to participate.

What happens during the session?

In this 120-minute live online event, you’ll be guided through a short teaching on the Name it → Reframe it → Claim it framework, powerful journaling prompts, and a gentle Reiki energy clearing led by the co-host. We’ll finish with live group coaching and an action step you can take immediately.

Do I have to share my story publicly?

No. Sharing is always optional. You’ll be invited to reflect privately first, then a few volunteers can step into live coaching if they wish. Whether you share or not, you’ll benefit from the exercises and the energy work.

Find a quiet space where you won’t be interrupted. Have a journal or notebook, a pen, and some water nearby. Come as you are — there’s no dress code or special equipment needed. An open heart and curiosity go a long way.

To get the most out of the coaching and energy healing work, we recommend you stay till the end.  In our last sessions, calls have lasted on average 1 1/2 to 2 hours, giving our guests time to fully engage and benefit from the session.  It truly depends on your active participation.
