Rewilding Circle: An Earth-Based Ritual for Self-Love

Nourish your Beautiful Divine Self at this special Rewilding Circle, just in time for the holidays! This Earth-based Self-Love ritual is designed to help you relax, restore your nervous system, connect with Nature and the Earth, and lovingly reconnect with your Self. Through guided activities and reflection, you'll have the opportunity to release stress and dis-ease and invite in peace and love to light your path as we move into the darker half of the year.

Guided Practices and Blessings Offered:

  • Mindful Sensory Engagement with Nature
  • Somatic Movement & Breath Practices
  • Relaxing Guided Earth-Inspired Self-Love Meditation
  • Tea Ceremony with Locally Sourced Plant Medicine
  • Take Home Nature-Infused Care Kit

Located at 6 NW Coveland St suite 101, is a hidden serene sanctuary where you can come as you are and be witnessed with compassion and kindness. Whether you're seeking clarity, healing, or simply a deeper connection with yourself, this Rewilding Circle will be a gift to your Self. We need to fill our cup so we can give from the overflow.

Parking is limited in town. Suggested places to park include on the cross street just past the building, near Cook Park where Main Street turns into Coveland, and the gravel parking lot on Main Street on the right just before the turn onto Coveland.

What to Bring: You might like to bring your own blanket and pillow, and we will have many to use on hand, and a water bottle. Most importantly, bring your beautiful authentic Self!
