Former Head of Engineering at PERI 3D Construction Inc., overseeing engineering, R&D, project planning/execution, and client support. Hands-on experience across over 10 unique major 3D printing projects, including high-end homes, commercial developments, build-to-rent housing, precast printing, green buildings, and industrial applications. Over 10 years of experience in additive manufacturing, mechanical design, project management, and 3D construction. Awarded 2023 Forbes 30 Under 30 for work in 3DCP Industry and highlighted in numerous large publications.

Lance is the 3rd generation owner and CEO of All Metals Fabricating, a world-class manufacturing facility located in Allen, TX that has been nationally recognized as one of the leaders in implementing automation, robotics, data analytics and AI. He is also the co-founding partner of PRINT3D Technologies.

Lance received his Master's in Accounting from SMU, along with his CPA license, which complements his visionary leadership very well. He is also passionate about servant leadership and employee engagement by making people feel cared for in a radical way.
